Feeling like a general contractor??

Plan ahead if you'd like your child/ren to play with this set when they are gifted with it: at 771 pieces, this is no small assembly job. Granted, the instructions couldn't be any clearer, the pieces are well designed and fit together properly time and time again, and the end result is very pleasing but those 771 pieces represent hours of adult assembly "entertainment". I can't imagine anything less than 4 hours of uninterruptued and completely focused time and without those ideal work conditions, plan on several shorter sittings of assembly fun. The age guidance on the box (4+) is accurate as the vast majority of the accessories are choking hazards for the child 3 and under. But if you are looking for pretend play with a realism unmatched outside a real working farm, this is the perfect toy. The accessories include farm tools, animals galore, a male and female farmer, indoor furniture and housewares; no detail was left wanting, down to the individual blooms in the flower boxes. I can't wait for Christmas, not only to see their reactions but to get to play with it myself. All this assembly will be worth it, one way or another .

Love it but Wow, glad I got it at COSTCO

My two boys love this! But Wow I got it for less than half of this at COSTCO a few years back :(
